Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options for Canadian orders:

  • Standard Shipping — $9.99 CAD (estimated 5–10 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $125 CAD
  • Purolator Expedited — rates calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight (estimated 2–5 business days)

We ship Canada-wide from our locations in British Columbia.

United States

  • Standard International Shipping — $13.00 USD (estimated 7–14 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping — on orders over $125 USD
  • Canada Post Tracked Packet USA — rates calculated at checkout (estimated 6–10 business days)
    • *Duties/Import taxes are calculated at checkout

United Kingdom

  • Canada Post International — rates calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight (estimated 10–20 business days)

Australia & New Zealand

  • Canada Post International — rates calculated at checkout (estimated 10–20 business days)
  • Purolator International — rates calculated at checkout (estimated 10–20 business days)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Restrictions & Exclusions

  • Carrier-calculated rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), or peak shipping periods.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or duties for international shipments. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
